This is a older Mobile Home on a 70' x 120' lot. It has 3 bedrooms, two furnished bedrooms and 2 bath, Rest of house in furnished. Has a nice doublewide carport. I have just put in a new Livingroom wood floor, hallway floor, new carpet in three rooms, new bathroom vanity and kitchen floor/trim, with some new skirting all wood, new shutters. I put new stepping stones all around property, Roof does not leak anywhere.

I have sets of 6 security lighting all around the property. I also have 10 security cameras with ADT system. It has two porches one with a handicap ramp, a split fenced yard , excellent for dogs. Two large fire pits I created out of an absolute mess of about 30 bags of solidified concrete that Tardpath left in the backyard and I broke apart with my sledge. If you like family get togethers roasting weenies and marshmellows on a stick then this is the place to be :o) .

The central air works great heat is ok but has fireplace, has a stove, fridge, dishwasher and a washer. It has a shed in good shape. I will send some pictures or will be posting some on here later. I need to sell this as I have insane , schizo false accusing neighbors all around me expecially the Hedgepaths (being evicted and might again plan on shooting at me) and a Carolyn Alexander et al who insanely conspiring to steal this home with insane racketeering idiots in Government and some other lunatics named "Postal Nut', 'The Eastover Mayor(s) their Council members et al' here in the neighborhood. The Livingston Parish Assessor has fraudulently tripled the value of Alexander's home to $51,500 (not for sale as far as I know) in an effort to steal my home and insanely graft it to their (maybe) $17,000- $20.000 property value and spread the racketeered profits to the insane Hedepath et al, insane schizo Eastover Mayor(s) and 'council members' et al , and some insane people from Texas etc (Now 'Hells Angels Gang'). If I happen to be able to sell this thing , you may want to petition the state to have some of the insane 'Mayors, Council members' and extreme two faced, dysfunctional, lying, hearsay 'Hells Angels Gang' friends moved out or something done, sorry. As of 3/24/13 I have found out one party has vacated their rental trailer and scrammed out of the park so something is working..

One of the 'Alexanders' is employed at the Harbor Freight tools and is insanely and viciously slandering me with two other, two faced, lying, 'schizo', slandering 'Hells Angels Gang' cashiers when I go in an buy equipment for my business. Yes, just buying equipment for my Roadside Services business (kw-roadside-services.com). Go to the maps and look across the street and you tell me if that lot is worth $51,500 + dollars ? Mine is listed at $27,700 before I put all the work into it last year and this year and the 'Hells Angels gang' devalued it to $26,700 and as you see much much less than the insane messes across the street, come out and take a look. The map picture (below) is at least 2 years old when I didn't live here, the photos were just taken.

The 'gang' is insanely screaming/threatening/bitching at me for this post like nuts saying 'I have no business etc' when in all actuality I do because they are seriously insulting every other property owner in this Park especialliy the very best properties on the street over as their properties may not be valued over $50.000 (because of the area) and they are 3 times better looking than anything on this street. Only 5 properties on that street show on the tax site out of 30 (or so) and those properties are not the best ones..

In 2006, Mr. Anderson returned to the Public Corruption Unit at FBI Headquarters as its chief. In this role, he oversaw the Hurricane Fraud Initiative to address Katrina-related public corruption and government fraud, and he launched the International Contract Corruption Initiative (ICCI) targeting Iraq reconstruction-related fraud and corruption. The ICCI eventually evolved into a permanent unit in the Criminal Investigative Division.

In 2007, Mr. Anderson reported to the Dallas Division as an assistant special agent in charge overseeing intelligence, public corruption, white-collar crime, civil rights, covert operations, and the foreign language program.

Mr. Anderson returned to FBI Headquarters in January 2011 as the chief of the Employee Services Section in the Human Resources Division.    I still got to the call in time and completed the service in 'excellent fashion' as I always strive to do and do so. The problem with most of you 'Regional managers' is you do not appreciate hard work, excellence in service, professionalism, honesty, fairness, or integrity. You have made it very, very clear to me on several occasions you would rather have unprofessional, even illegal fly by night subcontractors like 'Jack silly Rabbit' and possibly Pop a Loc do unsatisfactory work leaving a customer very unhappy and infuriated at times. Your pathetic covering for these pathetic acts and discrediting me in the process isn't going happen any longer.

   You are not the only one doing these unprofessional things, I have run into about 10 others in this industry behaving about the same way.     To all reading this, when I mention Jack Rabbit Services, this is a Sissy FBI protected racketeering, thieving, tax exempt company. The term 'insurance exempt' means its 'subcontracted' people do not have to have $300,000 (at least) coverage on their vehicles like everyone who operates Roadside businesses with these companies. They also are not licensed in any state or county. The 'subcontracted' individuals who are contracted with the owner of Jack (silly) Rabbit Services are given a fake contract to sign which does not request they get licensed in their respective Counties or Parishes nationwide and only require $100,000 coverage on their vehicles which violates the companies (listed below) own policy standards ?

   The tard managers in these companies do know this because I have brought it to their attention, in fact they harbor it. The racketeering, pathetic, schized, delusional, insane owner and schizo Lawyers of 'Rabbits and Trix for Kids' Company has made deals with AAA, Agero, NSD, Geico, Allstate, RoadAmerica, NMC, Quest and others to give then only ONE Certificate of a policy of $300,000 coverage etc which covers only the owner personally and not all the 'subcontracted' people working under this stupid, greedy owner who collects over half of the service call amounts on every call. These (usually 3-5 month fly by night) 'subcontracted' people are not near properly equiped or have the knowledge for roadside services and give the industry a bad name by their poor or unsatifactory service but there are a few good ones like what I strived while working for them but was fired for this as they hate 'excellent' work ?

   Most of the time they will show up in a small car (might look like Pizza car), without proper jacks etc or will pass you by completely, then I am called whether it be for a mishap, or other issue they cannot deal with and by then the customer is infuriated. On some of these calls the customer would be towed if it wasn't for me. If I stay in (FBI sissy infested) tard nation for awhile I will subpeona records for that jurisdiction of increase in tows after they have inactivated me, fired me or placed me way down the list to not use my services again after nailing the nutcases viciously conspiring with the racketeering FBI SISSY infested organization, like what just happened with idiot racketeer Jason Bettencourt of Agero. :o).

    The cheating ways are (but not limited too). These 'subcontracted' people in most all cases are not required by Jack (Silly)Rabbit owner to have a Occupational License in their respective Counties or have a tax ID number at the state. All states except Texas and Florida require a tax ID number as most all require tax filings for service work as well not just for resale items. The owner of this (Sissy FBI protected)'Rabbit' racketeering, silly company and Managers and Vendor relations etc of these corporations have maliciously conspired against honest hard working independant service people (Unfair playing field) to give the majority of business to this unprofessional racketeering company at the customers expense. Also, they are conspiring against state and local governments without paying taxes (but this is fine with punks in Livingston Parish and state of Louisiana because I have informed them in the past since 2012 ??). Also conspiring on its own customers because the money paid to have excellent services that they have a right to expect is virtually non existant in expecially the lighter duty to medium duty area with Tire service and battery service.
